The leasing office has always repaired any issue we had within 24 hours. There is a 24 hour Walmart that sells groceries within walking distance. It's five minutes from Historic Ellicott City.
For future residents it's my advise don't move in with the high hopes.And last year we also got ticks in our apartment and it got eradicated after 4 weeks of ttreatment. My balcony looks out to beautiful trees. I have had a very nice experience living here. I have not dealt with the office staff too much so can't comment on that. Maintenance service has been prompt for me...

The project has been broken out into 2 phases; Phase 1A consists of 3 apartment buildings and a community center. Phase 1 B includes work on 5 additional apartments buildings. Crews are boxing out the roadways and installing subbase for paving, curbing and gutters. Utilities are being worked on and water has been completed and passed testing requirements.

There also has been a time that we had no water at all when the weather was hot... I understand that the buildings are too old. I heard that they have renovated, but not the buildings themselves. The price is not that cheap neither if you think of the quality. I regret that I chose this place to live here a year ago. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I just move in there because I heard that they have the best education system in the entire MD. But if f I could find a new apartment that is cheaper, clean and affordable right now I would not hesitate to move in right away. I don't like my current apartment because it is infested with roaches.
In the bathroom we got a new toilet seat as well with new sinks, mirror, and tiles. Also contrary to many other apartments I know, we can control the heat in our apartment during winter ourselves by adjusting it as we want. Overall my apartment is okay compared to many others but it still needs improvement.
When I have moved out apartment, they charged me for wear and tear and lots of expenses that they have charged almost one month rent. They expect to be brand new appliances and all the things brand new. I wanted to give zero stars but I did not have any options to give zero stars. I'm living with my 8 year old son in a two bedroom apartment in Ellicott City.

Rental cost is competitive with others in the area. Oh and ...it is well insulated so I don't hear my neighbors on the side or upstairs at all. Furnished Studio 8870 Columbia 100 Pkwy is an apartment building with 1 floorplan, and studio units available. It has building amenities including onsite management, on site laundry, controlled access, wheelchair accessible, and elevator. I haven't been here long yet, but so far I like this place a lot.
Cats and dogs are allowed, making it a pet-friendly building. I’m in the last couple days of my one year lease here and this is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life. The price is a little cheaper than other apartments in the area, but it sure shows. I have been counting down the days since I moved in until my lease is up. Oh and my first week here the bathroom water didn’t work and it took maintenance forever to fix it.
